Founder's Update - Summer 2025

We’ve crossed the threshold

AI is no longer a curiosity at the edge of our engineering approach, it’s at the core of how we build. Not for shortcuts, to empower our engineers to move faster, think deeper, and deliver more value. We wrote this piece to share more about how we're using tools, and why we're bullish on what the future holds.

Building real AI functionality

Beyond our internal adoption of AI tools, our teams are hard at work building custom AI products for clients. One recent example: an AI-powered voice assistant designed to help seniors live healthier lives. It’s highly sophisticated behind the scenes, but for users it’s an ultra-intuitive, reliable path to the answers they need. We’re thrilled with the work so far and will be eager to share more.

Welcome to the Team: Sai Balamurali, AI Engineer

We’re excited to welcome Sai as our newest AI Engineer. Sai is already hitting the ground running for our clients - analyzing data, architecting AI solutions, and helping find new ways to deliver value. With a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, Sai brings practical machine learning experience to the engineering team and we’re thrilled to have him on board.

On a personal note:

After cancelling our trip due to the Maui fires and almost cancelled due to a tsunami, Pat and I were able to successfully unplug 4,000 miles from home on the beautiful Hawaiian Islands of Kauai & Maui. I didn’t even bring a laptop.

I came home feeling energized, excited, and - admittedly - curious to know just what it takes to get a helicopter license.

Cheers to what’s next,

Rob

We love working with other bright minds.
